ConvoPilot Data Deletion Instructions

If you used Meta services such as WhatsApp Business or Instagram with ConvoPilot and wish to have your associated data deleted, please follow the instructions below.

Your Right to Erasure

Under global privacy frameworks and Meta Platform Policies, you have the absolute right to request the permanent erasure of your account, organization details, connected channel credentials, bot configurations, and customer conversation logs.

Submit Request

Submit the online deletion request form below or email us directly at support@convopilot.com.

Identity Verification

We confirm account ownership via your registered email address to prevent unauthorized workspace deletion.

Permanent Purge

All associated bot data, Meta access tokens, and chat histories are permanently purged from database tables.

How to Remove ConvoPilot via Meta / Facebook Settings

You can also directly revoke ConvoPilot's permissions inside your Facebook / Meta Business account at any time:

  1. Log in to your Facebook / Meta Business Account.
  2. Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites).
  3. Find ConvoPilot in the list of authorized applications.
  4. Click Remove to revoke all Meta API tokens and webhook access.
Processing Timeline: Verified data deletion requests are executed within 30 days of ownership confirmation in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.
